Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other causes beyond our control.
Currently, we ship only within India.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
To request a return, contact us at vulpinestreet@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Once we verify the issue, you can either:
- Receive a replacement, or
- Get a store credit of equal value.
We do not offer refunds for size issues, color preference, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement isn’t possible.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through Razorpay, back to your original payment method.
